Construction: 45000 square foot facility built in 1972. Steel frame and metal siding on slab. The building also has metal a metal roof last serviced in 2001. |

Utilities: Original heating was multiple individual forced air natural gas heaters. As these are up for replacement they are replaced with radiant tube style heaters. These units have ducted outlets. Plumbing last serviced in 2004. (new water heater, flush valves etc.) |

Safety: We are within 1 mile of a fire station. There is a fire hydrant in the front of the building about 50 feet from the Northeast corner. We have 7 fire
extinguishers throughout the building. They are inspected by 7-1 of
each year. |

Access: 6 Semi access door and three fork lifts allow multiple load and unload operations to be handled at once |
